15. § (1) Fegyvergyártási tevékenység esetén a gyártó köteles negyedévenként az általa gyártott és raktározott fegyvert leltározni és erről jegyzőkönyvet felvenni. A lőfegyver gyártásakor a gyártó köteles az Ftv. 5. § (2) bekezdés b) pontjában meghatározott adatokat - a jogszabályban meghatározott módon - a lőfegyverek központi nyilvántartásába továbbítani.

15 (1) In the case of arms manufacturing activities, the manufacturer shall take an inventory of the arms manufactured and stored by him/her on a quarterly basis and keep a record thereof. When manufacturing firearms, the manufacturer shall be obliged to record and record the inventory of the firearms. The manufacturer of a firearm shall transmit the data specified in point b) of paragraph (2) of Article 5 to the central register of firearms in the manner prescribed by law.
