8. § (4) * Magyarországon lakóhellyel nem rendelkező személy kérelmének - a (2) bekezdésben meghatározottakon túl - tartalmaznia kell az állampolgárságát, útlevelének (személyazonosságot igazoló hatósági igazolványának) számát, születési helyét, idejét, lakóhelyét.
(5) * Védett külföldi személy vagy biztonsági személyzet tagja kérelmének - a (2) bekezdésben meghatározottakon túl - tartalmaznia kell
a) nevét;
b) születési helyét, idejét;
c) útlevélszámát;
d) a lőfegyverek adatait (fajta, kategória, gyártó, típus, gyártási szám, kaliberjel);
e) a lőszerek darabszámát;
f) a szállítóeszköz megjelölését;
(6) * A 258/2012/EU rendeletben meghatározott kiviteli engedély iránti kérelemnek a 24. számú mellékletben meghatározott adatokat kell tartalmaznia.
(7) * A lőfegyver, lőszer (lőszerelem) kereskedelmi célú behozatalára, kivitelére kiadott engedély, valamint a (6) bekezdésben meghatározott engedély - a (8) bekezdésben meghatározott kivétellel - egy évig hatályos.
(8) * Ha a 258/2012/EU rendelet 7. cikk (1) bekezdés a) pontja szerinti behozatali engedély hatálya egy évnél rövidebb, a (6) bekezdésben meghatározott engedély hatályát ennek megfelelően kell megállapítani.

Article 8 (4) The application of a person not residing in Hungary shall include, in addition to the information specified in paragraph (2), his/her nationality, passport number (official identity card), place and date of birth, place of residence.
(5) The application of a protected foreign national or a member of the security staff shall include, in addition to the information specified in paragraph 2
a) name;
b) place and date of birth;
c) his/her passport number;
(d) details of the firearms (type, category, manufacturer, type, serial number, calibre mark);
(e) the number of rounds of ammunition;
(f) the name of the protected person.
(6) The application for an export licence as defined in Regulation (EU) No 258/2012 shall contain the information set out in Annex 24.
(7) A licence issued for the import or export of firearms or ammunition (ammunition) for commercial purposes and the licence provided for in paragraph (6) shall, with the exception of paragraph (8), be valid for one year.
(8) Where the validity of an import authorisation pursuant to Article 7(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) No 258/2012 is shorter than one year, the validity of the authorisation provided for in paragraph 6 shall be determined accordingly.
