8. § (1) * E rendelet eltérő rendelkezése hiányában a lőfegyver, lőszer behozatalához, kiviteléhez és átszállításához szükséges engedély kiadására irányuló kérelemnek a (2) bekezdésében foglaltakat kell tartalmaznia, az engedély meglétét igazoló hatósági igazolvány formáját és tartalmát a 16. számú melléklet határozza meg.

(2) * A lőfegyver, lőszer kivitelére, behozatalára, átszállítására irányuló kérelemnek - az általános közigazgatási rendtartásról szóló törvényben meghatározottak mellett - tartalmaznia kell

a) * a lőfegyvert, lőszert (lőszerelemet) eladó vagy a lőfegyvertől, lőszertől (lőszerelemtől) megváló természetes személy és az azt megvásároló vagy megszerző személy természetes személyazonosító adatait, állampolgárságát, lakóhelyét, szervezet esetén az annak azonosításához szükséges adatokat, nem kereskedelmi célú kivitel esetén a lőfegyver tulajdonosa természetes személyazonosító adatait és lakóhelyét;
b) * a lőfegyver, lőszer (lőszerelem) azonosító adatait, beleértve annak a törvény szerinti kategóriába sorolását, valamint annak jelzését is, hogy a fegyver, lőszer a kézi lőfegyverek próbabélyegeinek kölcsönös elismeréséről Brüsszelben, 1969. július 1-jén kötött Egyezmény szerint történő ellenőrzésen részt vett;
c) lőszer és lőszerelem szállítás esetén az ADR és a RID szerinti nemzetközi azonosító számát;
d) * azt a címet, ahová a lőfegyvert, lőszert (lőszerelemet) küldeni vagy szállítani kell;
e) * az elküldendő vagy szállítandó lőfegyverek, lőszerek (lőszerelemek) darabszámát;
f) a szállítóeszköz megjelölését;
g) az indulás és az érkezés várható időpontját;
h) tranzitszállítás esetén az érintett országok megnevezését.

(3) * A sportszervezet kérelmének - a (2) bekezdésben meghatározottakon túl - tartalmaznia kell

a) a csoport vezetőjének nevét, útlevelének számát;
b) a lőfegyverek adatait (fajta, kategória, gyártó, típus, gyártási szám, kaliberjel);
c) a lőszerek darabszámát és azonosítási adatait.

Article 8 (1) Unless otherwise provided for in this Decree, the application for the issue of a permit for the import, export and transit of firearms and ammunition shall contain the information specified in paragraph (2), and the form and content of the official certificate certifying the existence of the permit shall be as specified in Annex 16.

(2) The application for the export, import or transit of firearms and ammunition shall contain, in addition to the provisions of the General Administrative Procedure Act:

a) the natural person selling or acquiring the firearm or ammunition (ammunition) and the natural person acquiring or acquiring the firearm or ammunition (ammunition), his/her natural person identification data, nationality, place of residence, in the case of an organisation, the data necessary for its identification, and in the case of non-commercial export, the natural person identification data and place of residence of the owner of the firearm;
b) the identification data of the firearm or ammunition (ammunition item), including its legal category and an indication that the firearm or ammunition has undergone verification in accordance with the Convention on the Reciprocal Recognition of Proofmarks on Small Arms, done at Brussels on 1 July 1969;
(c) in the case of transport of ammunition and ammunition articles, the international identification number in accordance with ADR and RID;
(d) the address to which the firearm or ammunition (ammunition) is to be sent or transported;
(e) the number of firearms, ammunition (ammunition items) to be dispatched or transported;
(f) the designation of the means of transport;
(g) the estimated time of departure and arrival;
(h) in the case of transit, the countries concerned.

(3) In addition to the information specified in paragraph (2), the application of the sports organisation shall include

a) the name of the team leader and his/her passport number;
b) details of the firearms (type, category, manufacturer, type, serial number, calibre mark);
(c) the number and identification data of the ammunition.
