a)3 az érintett személy személyazonosító adatait, illetve a szervezet azonosításához szükséges adatokat;
b) az adattovábbítás időpontját;
c) az adattovábbítás célját, jogalapját és a továbbított adatkört;
d) az adatigénylő nevét vagy megnevezését.

15. The data transmission register shall contain;
a)3 personal identification data of the person concerned and, for the identification of the organisation data necessary for identification of the organisation;
b) the date of the transfer;
c) the purpose of the transfer, the legal basis for the transfer and the scope of the data transferred;
(d) the name or designation of the data requester.
