Article 8.

Nul ne peut fabriquer, réparer, exposer en vente, vendre, céder ou transporter des armes prohibées, en tenir en dépôt, en détenir ou en être porteur.

En cas d'infraction à l'alinéa précédent, les armes seront saisies, confisquées et détruites, même si elles n'appartiennent pas au condamné.

No one may manufacture, repair, display for sale, sell, transfer or transport prohibited weapons, keep them in deposit, hold them or carry them.
