Article 45

As armas de fogo apreendidas, após a finalização dos procedimentos relativos à elaboração do laudo pericial e quando não mais interessarem à persecução penal, serão encaminhadas pelo juiz competente ao Comando do Exército, no prazo de quarenta e oito horas, para doação aos órgãos de segurança pública ou às Forças Armadas ou para destruição quando inservíveis.

Article 45
