O porte de arma de fogo é documento obrigatório para a condução da arma e deverá conter os seguintes dados:

I - abrangência territorial;

II - eficácia temporal;

IV - número dos cadastros de, ao menos, uma das armas no Sinarm ou Sigma; (Redação dada pelo Decreto nº 10.630, de 2021)

VI - assinatura, cargo e função da autoridade concedente.

Article 16

The [permit for] possession of a firearm is a mandatory document for carrying the weapon and must contain the following information:

I - territorial coverage;

II - temporal effectiveness;
