47. Munīcijas sastāvdaļas realizē personai, kura saņēmusi medību vai sporta lietojumam reģistrēta šaujamieroča glabāšanas atļauju.

48. Ieročus, munīciju un speciālos līdzekļus, kuri iegādāti pēc valsts vai pašvaldības institūciju pasūtījuma un nav klasificēti medību, sporta vai pašaizsardzības lietojuma veidam, realizē tikai to pasūtītājam.

46. ​​Ammunition corresponding to a firearm and a high-energy pneumatic weapon shall be sold to a person who has received a permit for the acquisition, storage or carrying of the relevant weapon.

47. Ammunition components shall be sold to a person who has received a permit for the possession of a firearm registered for hunting or sports use.

48. Weapons, ammunition and special means which have been purchased by order of state or local government institutions and which are not classified for the type of hunting, sports or self-defence use shall be sold only to the customer.
