45. Komersants šaujamieroci, tā maināmās būtiskās sastāvdaļas, munīciju un lielas enerģijas pneimatisko ieroci realizē:

45.1. fiziskajai vai juridiskajai personai, kurai Valsts policijas struktūrvienība izsniegusi ieroču iegādāšanās atļauju;

45.2. komersantiem, kuriem izsniegta licence attiecīgu ieroču un munīcijas realizācijai;

45.3. valsts un pašvaldību institūcijām, kurām tiesības iegādāties, glabāt un savā darbībā izmantot šaujamieročus piešķirtas saskaņā ar likumu.

45. A merchant shall sell a firearm, its replaceable essential components, ammunition and a high-energy pneumatic weapon to:

45.1. a natural or legal person to whom a structural unit of the State Police has issued a permit for the acquisition of weapons;

45.2. merchants who have been issued a licence for the sale of relevant weapons and ammunition;

45.3. state and local government institutions to which the right to acquire, possess and use firearms in their activities has been granted in accordance with law.
