7. Komersants, kas saņēmis licenci šaujamieroču, munīcijas un to sastāvdaļu (ieskaitot šaujampulveri) un lielas enerģijas pneimatisko ieroču un to sastāvdaļu realizēšanai, minētās preces glabā un realizē nekustamā īpašuma telpās (turpmāk – veikals), kura adrese ir norādīta licencē.

8. Veikalam, kurā paredzēts realizēt šo noteikumu 7. punktā minētās preces, ir tirdzniecības zāle un glabātava.

7. A merchant who has received a licence for the sale of firearms, ammunition and their components (including gunpowder) and high-energy pneumatic weapons and their components shall store and sell the said goods in the premises of real estate (hereinafter - shop), the address of which is indicated in the licence.

8. A shop in which it is intended to sell the goods referred to in Paragraph 7 of these Regulations shall have a sales hall and a storage room.
