17. Ieroču komersants, piesakot šaujamierocim muitas procedūru – laišana brīvā apgrozībā – vai realizējot Latvijas tirgū Eiropas Savienībā iegādātos E kategorijas gāzes ieročus un signālieročus vai lielas enerģijas pneimatiskos ieročus, nodrošina, ka ieročus marķē vismaz ar šādu skaidru un nenodzēšamu informāciju, kas vizuāli redzama bez ieroča izjaukšanas:

17.1. izgatavotāja nosaukums vai zīmols;

17.2. sērijas numurs.

II. Marking of firearms and their essential components, gas weapons of category E, signal weapons and high-energy pneumatic weapons

17. An arms merchant, when applying for a customs procedure for a firearm - release for free circulation - or selling gas weapons and signal weapons of category E or high-energy pneumatic weapons purchased in the European Union on the Latvian market, shall ensure that the weapons are marked with at least the following clear and indelible information weapon disassembly:

17.1. the name or brand of the manufacturer;

17.2. the serial number.
