II. Šaujamieroču un to būtisko sastāvdaļu, E kategorijas gāzes ieroču, signālieroču un lielas enerģijas pneimatisko ieroču marķēšana
2. Ieroču komersants, kas Latvijā izgatavo A, B un C kategorijas medību, sporta vai pašaizsardzības šaujamieročus vai atsevišķas šaujamieroču būtiskās sastāvdaļas, marķē tās, iestrādājot visās šaujamieroča būtiskajās sastāvdaļās šādu informāciju:
2.1. izgatavotāja nosaukumu vai zīmolu;
2.2. izgatavošanas valsti "Latvija" vai burtus "LV", vai izgatavošanas vietas (pilsētas vai novada) nosaukumu;
2.3. sērijas numuru;
2.4. vismaz pēdējos divus izgatavošanas gada ciparus, ja tie nav sērijas numura daļa;
2.5. modeli ar burtu un ciparu apzīmējumu (ja iespējams).
3. Ja būtiskā sastāvdaļa ir pārāk maza, lai to varētu marķēt atbilstoši šo noteikumu 2. punkta nosacījumiem, tās marķējumā norāda vismaz sērijas numuru vai burtu un ciparu, vai digitālo kodu.

II. Marking of firearms and their essential components, gas weapons of category E, signal weapons and high-energy pneumatic weapons
2. A weapons merchant who manufactures hunting, sporting or self-defense firearms of categories A, B and C in Latvia or certain essential components of firearms shall mark them, incorporating the following information into all essential components of the firearm:
2.1. the name or brand of the manufacturer;
2.2. the country of manufacture "Latvia" or the letters "LV", or the name of the place of manufacture (city or county);
2.3. serial number;
2.4. at least the last two digits of the year of manufacture, if they are not part of the serial number;
2.5. an alphanumeric model (if available).
3. If an essential component is too small to be marked in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2 of this Regulation , the marking shall include at least the serial number or an alphanumeric or digital code.
