13. Valsts policijas struktūrvienības amatpersona, veicot šaujamieroča, tā maināmo būtisko sastāvdaļu vai lielas enerģijas pneimatiskā ieroča reģistrāciju:
13.1. salīdzina šaujamieroča veidu, kategoriju un lietojuma veidu ar ieroča iegādāšanās atļaujas otrajā daļā norādītajiem datiem, bet, ja tas iegādāts (reģistrēts) Eiropas Savienības dalībvalstī, Eiropas Ekonomikas zonas valstī vai trešajā valstī, – ar ieroču pārvadāšanas vai pārsūtīšanas atļaujā norādītajiem datiem, kā arī pārliecinās par šaujamieroča un tā maināmās būtiskās sastāvdaļas atbilstību Valsts policijas klasificēto šaujamieroču un munīcijas sarakstam;
13.2. salīdzina uz šaujamieroča un tā maināmās būtiskās sastāvdaļas esošo marķējumu (arī ieroča modeļa nosaukumu un kalibru (metriskajā sistēmā vai collās), ja tas nav ietverts marķējumā) ar ieroča iegādāšanās atļaujas otrajā daļā norādītajiem datiem, bet, ja tas iegādāts (reģistrēts) Eiropas Savienības dalībvalstī, Eiropas Ekonomikas zonas valstī vai trešajā valstī, – ar ieroču pārvadāšanas vai pārsūtīšanas atļaujā norādītajiem datiem;
13.3. pārliecinās, ka šaujamierocis ir atbilstoši marķēts. Šaujamierocim salīdzina esošo marķējumu uz šaujamieroča rāmja, stobra kārbas vai nolaidējmehānisma kārbas ar marķējumu uz citām tā būtiskajām sastāvdaļām. Ja marķējums nesakrīt, Valsts policijas struktūrvienības amatpersona šādas būtiskās sastāvdaļas fiksē un, reģistrējot šaujamieroci, ziņas par tām ievada Ieroču reģistrā kā papildu informāciju par šaujamieroci;
13.4. salīdzina lielas enerģijas pneimatiskā ieroča kategoriju un lietojuma veidu, esošo marķējumu un kalibru ar ieroča iegādāšanās atļaujas otrajā daļā norādītajiem datiem, bet, ja tas iegādāts (reģistrēts) Eiropas Savienības dalībvalstī, Eiropas Ekonomikas zonas valstī vai trešajā valstī, – ar ieroču pārvadāšanas vai pārsūtīšanas atļaujā norādītajiem datiem.
14. Reģistrējot apbalvojuma šaujamieroci un lielas enerģijas pneimatisko ieroci, Valsts policijas struktūrvienības amatpersona:
14.1. salīdzina šaujamieroča kategoriju, darbības veidu, izgatavotāja nosaukumu (izgatavotāja zīmolu), modeli, sēriju un numuru, kalibru, izcelsmes iestādi, šaujamierocim komplektā esošās maināmās būtiskās sastāvdaļas, to daudzumu, tā izgatavotāja nosaukumu (izgatavotāja zīmolu), sēriju un numuru, kā arī kalibru ar rīkojumā par apbalvošanu norādītajiem datiem par šaujamieroci un tā maināmajām būtiskajām sastāvdaļām;
14.2. pārbauda šaujamieroča un tā maināmo būtisko sastāvdaļu atbilstību Valsts policijas klasificēto šaujamieroču un munīcijas sarakstam;
14.3. pārbauda marķējumu atbilstoši šo noteikumu 13. punktam un, ja nepieciešams, ievada Ieroču reģistrā papildu informāciju par šaujamieroča būtisko sastāvdaļu marķējumu vai – atbilstoši marķējumu regulējošiem normatīvajiem aktiem – informāciju par šaujamieroča izcelsmes iestādi;
14.4. salīdzina lielas enerģijas pneimatiskā ieroča izgatavotāja nosaukumu (izgatavotāja zīmolu), modeli, sēriju un numuru, kalibru, jaudu un izcelsmes iestādi ar rīkojumā par apbalvošanu norādītajiem datiem par lielas enerģijas pneimatisko ieroci.

13. An official of a structural unit of the State Police, when performing the registration of a firearm, its replaceable essential components or a high-energy pneumatic weapon:
13.1. compare the type, category and use of the firearm with the data specified in the second part of the weapon acquisition permit, but if it has been acquired (registered) in a Member State of the European Union, European Economic Area country or third country - with the data specified in the weapon transfer or transfer permit; on the compliance of the firearm and its replaceable essential component with the list of classified firearms and ammunition of the State Police;
13.2. compare the existing marking on the firearm and its replaceable essential component (including the model name and calibre of the weapon (in metric system or inches), if it is not included in the marking) with the data specified in the second part of the weapon acquisition permit, but if purchased (registered) , In a European Economic Area country or in a third country, - with the data specified in the permit for the transfer or transfer of arms;
13.3. make sure that the firearm is properly marked. For a firearm, the existing marking on the frame, barrel box or launcher box of the firearm shall be compared with the marking on its other essential components. If the marking does not match, an official of the structural unit of the State Police shall record such essential components and, upon registration of the firearm, information regarding them shall be entered in the Register of Weapons as additional information regarding the firearm;
13.4. compare the category and type of use of a high-energy pneumatic weapon, the existing marking and calibre with the data specified in the second part of the weapon acquisition permit, or, if acquired (registered) in a Member State of the European Union, European Economic Area or third country, with the weapon transfer or transfer permit specified data.
14. When registering an award firearm and a high-energy pneumatic weapon, an official of the structural unit of the State Police shall:
14.1. compare the firearm category, type of activity, manufacturer's name (manufacturer's brand), model, series and number, calibre, institution of origin, replaceable essential components included in the firearm, their quantity, manufacturer's name (manufacturer's brand), series and number, as well as calibre with the data specified in the order regarding awarding of the firearm and the essential components thereof to be replaced;
14.2. verify the compliance of the firearm and its replaceable essential components with the list of classified firearms and ammunition of the State Police;
14.3. examine the marking in accordance with Paragraph 13 of these Regulations and, if necessary, enter in the Register of Weapons additional information regarding the marking of the essential components of the firearm or - in accordance with regulatory enactments regulating the marking - information regarding the institution of origin of the firearm;
14.4. compare the name (manufacturer's brand), model, series and number, calibre, power and authority of origin of the manufacturer of a high-energy pneumatic weapon with the data regarding the high-energy pneumatic weapon specified in the award order.
