Fiziskā persona, nododot vai saņemot šaujamieroci, tā maināmās būtiskās sastāvdaļas, salūtieroci (akustisko ieroci), lielas enerģijas pneimatisko ieroci, munīciju un šaujampulveri tādai juridiskajai personai (vai tās ieroču glabātavā), kas saņēmusi ieroča glabāšanas atļauju un kas pēc saskaņošanas ar Valsts policijas struktūrvienību savās telpās, teritorijā vai publisku pasākumu rīkošanas vietās fiziskajām personām ir noteikusi ieroču nēsāšanas ierobežojumus, par attiecīgā ieroča un munīcijas nodošanu vai saņemšanu parakstās ieroču, to maināmo būtisko sastāvdaļu, šaujamieroču munīcijas un šaujampulvera pieņemšanas un izsniegšanas žurnālā (1. pielikums).

31. A natural person, when transferring or receiving a firearm, its replaceable essential components, firearm (acoustic weapon), high-energy pneumatic weapon, ammunition and gunpowder to a legal person (or its weapons depot) which has received a weapon storage permit and which, after coordination with the State the police unit has set restrictions on the carrying of weapons by natural persons in its premises, territory or places where public events are held, the transfer and receipt of the relevant weapon and ammunition shall be signed in the logbook of acceptance and issue of weapons, their replaceable essential components, firearms ammunition and powder ( Annex 1 ).
