第二十条

未取得军品出口经营权的任何单位或者组织，不得从事军品出口经营活动。

国家禁止个人从事军品出口经营活动。

第二十一条

军品贸易公司在军品出口经营活动中，应当遵守法律和行政法规的规定，维护正常的军品出口秩序。

第二十二条

军品贸易公司在军品出口经营活动中，不得有下列行为：

（一）危害国家安全或者社会公共利益；

（二）以不正当竞争手段排挤竞争对手；

（三）侵害中华人民共和国法律保护的知识产权；

（四）伪造、变造、骗取或者转让军品出口项目批准文件、合同批准文件、许可证和接受国的有效证明文件等单证；

（五）超越核定的经营范围经营；

（六）违反法律和行政法规规定的其他行为。

第二十三条

国家军品出口主管部门认为必要时或者根据军品贸易公司的请求，可以对妨碍正常的军品出口秩序的行为进行处理。

Article 20

Any unit or organization that has not obtained the right to operate military products shall not engage in military products export operations.

The state prohibits individuals from engaging in military export business activities.

Article 21:

Military products trading companies shall abide by laws and administrative regulations in military products export operations, and maintain normal military product export orders.

Article 22

Military products trading companies shall not conduct the following activities in military products export operations:

(1) Endanger national security or social public interest;

(2) Using unfair competition methods to squeeze out competitors;

(3) Infringement of intellectual property rights protected by the laws of the People's Republic of China;

(4) Forging, altering, defrauding or transferring military products export project approval documents, contract approval documents, licences, and valid certification documents of the recipient country, etc.;

(5) Operating beyond the approved business scope;

(6) Other acts in violation of laws and administrative regulations.

Article 23:

The national military product export authority may deal with acts that hinder the normal military product export order when it deems it necessary or at the request of a military product trading company.
