Promulgated by Order No. 234 of the State Council of the People's Republic of China and the Central Military Commission of the People's Republic of China on October 22, 1997

Revised in accordance with the "Decision of the State Council and the Central Military Commission on Amending the "Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Military Products" on October 15, 2002)

Article 1

In order to strengthen the unified management of military product exports and maintain the normal military product export order, these regulations are formulated.
