§ 59. Med bøde, fængsel indtil 4 måneder eller under skærpende omstændigheder fængsel indtil 2 år straffes den, der overtræder § 7, stk. 3, § 8, stk. 1, 3 og 4, § 9, stk. 3, § 10, stk. 1, 3 og 5, § 11, stk. 1 og 2, § 13, § 14, stk. 1, 2 og 4, § 15, stk. 1 og 3, § 16, stk. 1, § 17, § 18, stk. 2, § 19, § 20, stk. 1 og 2, § 22, stk. 4-6, § 23, stk. 2, § 24, stk. 1, 2 og 4-6, §§ 25-27, § 29, § 30, stk. 3, § 31, stk. 1, § 32, stk. 3-6, § 33, stk. 2-4, § 34, stk. 1, § 35, stk. 2-4 og 7, § 38, § 39, § 44, stk. 1 og 3-5, § 45, § 46, stk. 2, § 47, stk. 1, § 52, § 61, stk. 5, eller § 62.

Stk. 2. På samme måde straffes den, der overtræder et vilkår for en våbentilladelse, vilkår for en udførselstilladelse eller våbenpåtegning mv., der er udfærdiget i medfør af bekendtgørelsen.

Stk. 3. På samme måde som anført i stk. 1 straffes den, der ikke efterkommer afgørelser truffet i medfør af § 23, stk. 2, § 44, stk. 5, § 46, stk. 3, § 50 eller § 56.

Stk. 4. Overtrædelse af § 18, stk. 1, straffes med bøde. Er den pågældende tidligere mere end en gang straffet for overtrædelse af § 18, stk. 1, er straffen fængsel indtil 2 år, under særligt formildende omstændigheder dog bøde.

Stk. 5. Der kan pålægges selskaber mv. (juridiske personer) strafansvar efter reglerne i straffelovens kapitel 5.

Punishment

§ 59. With a fine, imprisonment for up to 4 months or in aggravating circumstances imprisonment for up to 2 years, the person who violates § 7, para. 3, § 8, para. 1, 3 and 4, § 9, para. 3, § 10, para. 1, 3 and 5, § 11, para. 1 and 2, § 13, § 14, para. 1, 2 and 4, § 15, para. 1 and 3, § 16, para. 1, § 17, § 18, para. 2, § 19, § 20, para. 1 and 2, § 22, para. 4-6, § 23, para. 2, § 24, para. 1, 2 and 4-6, §§ 25-27, § 29, § 30, para. 3, § 31, para. 1, § 32, para. 3-6, § 33, para. 2-4, § 34, para. 1, § 35, para. 2-4 and 7, § 38, § 39, § 44, para. 1 and 3-5, § 45, § 46, para. 2, § 47, para. 1, § 52, § 61, para. 5, or § 62.

PCS. 2. In the same way, anyone who violates a condition for a firearms license, conditions for an export license or firearms endorsement, etc., which has been issued pursuant to the Executive Order, shall be punished.

PCS. 3. In the same way as stated in para. 1, anyone who does not comply with decisions made pursuant to section 23, subsection 2, § 44, para. 5, § 46, para. 3, § 50 or § 56.

PCS. 4. Violation of § 18 paragraph. 1, is punishable by a fine. If the person in question has previously been punished more than once for violation of section 18, subsection 1, the penalty is imprisonment for up to 2 years, in particularly mitigating circumstances, however, a fine.

PCS. 5. Penalties may be imposed on companies etc. (legal persons), criminal liability according to the rules in Chapter 5 of the Criminal Code.
