§ 48. Våbentilladelse, samtykke til våbenpåtegning og jagttegn samt andre tilladelser eller godkendelser efter våbenloven og denne bekendtgørelse kan kun gives til personer, om hvis personlige forhold og hidtidige vandel, der ikke foreligger oplysninger, som gør det betænkeligt at imødekomme ansøgningen.

Stk. 2. De i stk. 1 nævnte tilladelser mv. kan endvidere kun gives til juridiske personer, herunder selskaber, foreninger, private museer og lignende, hvis den eller de ansvarlige opfylder kravet i stk. 1.
