§ 44. En erhvervsdrivende, der har tilladelse efter § 42 eller § 43, skal føre en våbenbog, som er godkendt af politiet, over samtlige køb og salg af våben mv. omfattet af våbenlovens § 1, stk. 1, nr. 1, 2 og 7-10. Tilsvarende gælder for våben mv., som er indleveret til reparation, opbevaring eller er taget i kommission mv.

Stk. 2. Politiet har til enhver tid mod behørig legitimation uden retskendelse adgang til kontrol efter våbenlovens § 3, stk. 3, nr. 2.

Stk. 3. En erhvervsdrivende, der har tilladelse efter § 42 eller § 43, skal til enhver tid på begæring af politiet udlevere faktura eller genpart heraf vedrørende en bestemt anden erhvervsdrivende.

Stk. 4. En erhvervsdrivende skal foretage sådanne optegnelser i våbenbogen, at der kan ske identifikation af de enkelte våben ved optegnelse af type, mærke, model, kaliber og fabrikationsnummer eller identifikationsnummer, jf. § 56. Der skal endvidere kunne ske identifikation af leverandør, erhverver og den, som indgår aftale om reparation mv. Våbenbøgerne opbevares af den erhvervsdrivende. Ved ophør af den pågældendes erhvervsvirksomhed, eller når tilladelse efter § 42 eller § 43 ophører, overdrages våbenbøgerne til politiet.

Stk. 5. En erhvervsdrivende skal efter politiets nærmere bestemmelse løbende indberette de oplysninger, som er indført i våbenbogen, til politiet.

§ 45. En erhvervsdrivende, der har tilladelse efter § 42 eller § 43, skal sikre, at eventuelle medarbejdere under 18 år kun foretager ekspedition af våben mv. under opsyn af tilladelsesindehaveren eller en af dennes medarbejdere, der er over 18 år.

§ 44. A trader who has a permit pursuant to § 42 or § 43 must keep a weapons book, which has been approved by the police, of all purchases and sales of weapons, etc. covered by the Firearms Act, section 1, subsection 1, Nos. 1, 2 and 7-10. The same applies to weapons, etc., which have been handed in for repair, storage or taken on commission, etc.

PCS. (2) The police shall at all times, against proper identification, without a court order, have access to control pursuant to section 3 (1) of the Firearms Act. 3, No. 2.

PCS. 3. A trader who has a permit pursuant to section 42 or section 43 must at any time, at the request of the police, hand out an invoice or a copy thereof concerning a specific other trader.

PCS. 4. A trader must make such entries in the weapons book that the individual weapons can be identified by recording the type, make, model, caliber and manufacturing number or identification number, cf. section 56. It must also be possible to identify the supplier, acquirer and the one who enters into an agreement on repair, etc. The weapons books are kept by the trader. Upon termination of the person's business activity, or when a permit pursuant to section 42 or section 43 expires, the firearms books are handed over to the police.

PCS. 5. A trader must, in accordance with the police's specification, regularly report the information entered in the weapons book to the police.

§ 45. A trader who has a permit pursuant to § 42 or § 43 must ensure that any employees under the age of 18 only carry out arms expeditions, etc. under the supervision of the license holder or one of his employees who is over 18 years of age.
