Skydevåben

§ 5. Politiet meddeler tilladelse efter våbenlovens § 1 og § 2, jf. dog stk. 2-5, hvis tilladelsen vedrører:

1) håndskydevåben og ammunition hertil,

2) de dele til håndskydevåben og til ammunition, som er nævnt i våbenlovens § 1, stk. 1, nr. 2 og 3,

3) armbrøster,

4) signalvåben, kombinerede gas- og signalvåben samt bagladede salutkanoner, når salutkanonens kammerdybde ikke overstiger 50 mm,

5) lyddæmpere, hvis de er konstrueret til montering på skydevåben,

6) optisk elektroniske sigtemidler med lysstråle eller med elektronisk lysforstærknings- eller infrarødt udstyr, hvis de er konstrueret til montering på skydevåben eller armbrøster,

7) slangebøsser eller

8) genopladning af ammunition og fremstilling af projektiler.

Stk. 2. Politiets Efterretningstjeneste meddeler tilladelse efter våbenlovens § 1, § 2 og § 6, stk. 1, til ansatte ved herværende udenlandske ambassader og tilrejsende udenlandske livvagter, jf. dog stk. 3 og 5, hvis tilladelsen er til brug for ansættelsesforholdet og vedrører:

1) håndskydevåben og ammunition hertil,

2) de dele til håndskydevåben og til ammunition, som er nævnt i våbenlovens § 1, stk. 1, nr. 2 og 3, eller

3) de genstande, som er nævnt i våbenlovens § 1, stk. 1, nr. 5.

Stk. 3. Politiet, herunder Politiets Efterretningstjeneste, kan ikke efter stk. 1 og 2 give tilladelse til at indføre, erhverve, besidde, bære eller anvende

1) maskinpistoler, fuldautomatiske rifler og maskingeværer samt dele og ammunition hertil omfattet af våbenlovens § 1, stk. 1, nr. 1-3,

2) pistol- og revolverammunition med ekspanderende projektiler samt disse projektiler, der ikke anvendes til aktiviteter, som DGI, Dansk Skytte Union og Dansk Firmaidrætsforbund har godkendt, eller

3) panserbrydende ammunition, brisant- eller brandammunition samt projektiler til disse ammunitionstyper.

Stk. 4. Politiets Efterretningstjeneste meddeler tilladelse efter våbenlovens § 1, stk. 1, § 2, stk. 1, og § 6, stk. 1, til polititjenestemænd tilknyttet udenlandske indsatsstyrker, jf. dog stk. 5, hvis tilladelsen er til brug for ansættelsesforholdet.

Stk. 5. Tilladelse til fremstilling af de våben mv., der er nævnt i stk. 1, nr. 1-7, meddeles af justitsministeren.

§ 6. Jagttegn kan kun udstedes med samtykke fra politiet. Anmodning om udstedelse af jagttegn skal rettes til Miljø- og Fødevareministeriet, Styrelsen for Vand- og Naturforvaltning.

Firearms

§ 5. The police issue a permit in accordance with § 1 and § 2 of the Firearms Act, cf. 2-5, if the permit relates to:

1) small arms and ammunition therefor,

2) the parts for small arms and ammunition which are mentioned in the Firearms Act, section 1, subsection. 1, nos. 2 and 3,

3) crossbows,

4) signal weapons, combined gas and signal weapons and back-loaded salute guns, when the chamber depth of the salute cannon does not exceed 50 mm,

5) silencers, if they are designed for mounting on firearms,

6) optical electronic sighting devices with light beam or with electronic light amplification or infrared equipment, if they are designed for mounting on firearms or crossbows,

7) slingshots or

8) recharging of ammunition and manufacture of projectiles.

PCS. (2) The Police Intelligence Service issues a permit pursuant to section 1, section 2 and section 6, subsection 1 of the Firearms Act. 1, to employees at foreign embassies and visiting foreign bodyguards, cf. 3 and 5, if the permit is for the purpose of the employment relationship and relates to:

1) small arms and ammunition therefor,

2) the parts for small arms and ammunition which are mentioned in the Firearms Act, section 1, subsection. 1, Nos. 2 and 3, or

3) the objects mentioned in the Firearms Act, section 1, subsection. 1, No. 5.

PCS. (3) The police, including the Police Intelligence Service, may not, pursuant to subsection 1 and 2 give permission to import, acquire, possess, carry or use

1) submachine guns, fully automatic rifles and machine guns as well as parts and ammunition therefor covered by the Firearms Act, section 1, subsection. 1, Nos. 1-3,

2) pistol and revolver ammunition with expanding projectiles as well as these projectiles that are not used for activities that have been approved by DGI, the Danish Shooting Union and the Danish Company Sports Association, or

3) armor-piercing ammunition, explosive or fire ammunition and projectiles for these types of ammunition.

PCS. 4. The Police Intelligence Service issues a permit pursuant to section 1 (1) of the Firearms Act. 1, § 2, para. 1, and § 6, para. 1, to police officers affiliated with foreign task forces, cf. 5, if the permit is for the purpose of the employment relationship.

PCS. 5. Permission for the manufacture of the weapons, etc., mentioned in subsection. 1, nos. 1-7, is announced by the Minister of Justice.

§ 6. Hunting licenses may only be issued with the consent of the police. Requests for the issuance of hunting licenses must be addressed to the Ministry of the Environment and Food, the Danish Agency for Water and Nature Management.
