§ 6. Det er forbudt uden tilladelse fra justitsministeren eller den, ministeren bemyndiger dertil, i hvert enkelt tilfælde at udføre

1) våben omfattet af denne lov med undtagelse af jagtvåben, jf. dog stk. 2, samt genstande, der fremtræder som skydevåben og som følge af konstruktionen eller det anvendte materiale kan ombygges hertil,

2) ammunition med undtagelse af ammunition til jagtvåben,

3) materiel til krigsførelse,

4) militært simulations- og træningsudstyr,

5) maskiner, instrumenter, apparater og andre produktionsmidler, der er specielt konstrueret eller modificeret til fremstilling eller vedligeholdelse af de under nr. 1-4 nævnte genstande,

6) dele specielt konstrueret eller modificeret til de under nr. 1-5 nævnte genstande.

§ 6. It is prohibited in each individual case without the permission of the Minister of Justice or the person authorized by the Minister to perform

1) weapons covered by this Act with the exception of hunting weapons, cf. 2, as well as objects that appear as firearms and as a result of the construction or the material used can be rebuilt therefor,

2) ammunition with the exception of ammunition for hunting weapons,

3) equipment for warfare,

4) military simulation and training equipment,

5. Machinery, instruments, apparatus and other means of production specially designed or modified for the manufacture or maintenance of the articles of heading 1-4;

6) Parts specially designed or modified for the articles of heading 1-5.
