§ 2. It is prohibited without permission from the Minister of Justice or the person authorized by the Minister to acquire objects or substances covered by the prohibition in § 1, or to possess, carry or use such objects or substances by transfer. The same applies to persons under 18 years of age with regard to the objects covered by section 1, subsection. 2, letters a-c.

PCS. 2. In cases where according to para. 1, the requirement for a permit or age to acquire or possess objects or substances applies, it is prohibited to transfer or entrust the possession of these to others, unless the acquirer or recipient presents the necessary permit or proves to be 18 years of age. The Minister of Justice lays down more detailed provisions in this regard.

PCS. 3. The foregoing provisions shall not, however, preclude the renewal of the pipe or locking parts of a firearm or of parts of the bases during repair. The same applies to detachable magazines for firearms.

PCS. 4. It is prohibited to manufacture, including assemblies, firearms and those in § 1, para. 1, no. 1, mentioned objects by means of parts that have been transferred in violation of the prohibition in § 7 a, para. 2, regardless of whether the person in question has been granted a manufacturing permit pursuant to section 1, subsection 1, No. 1.
