2.1.1.1. List laws, regulations and/or administrative procedures regulating the manufacture of SALW in your country:

In accordance with Article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Control over the Circulation of Certain Types of Weapons", the development, production, repair, trade, acquisition, collection, exhibiting of weapons and ammunition for it are subject to licensing.

In accordance with Article 287 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, criminal liability is provided for illegal acquisition, transfer, sale, storage, transportation or carrying of weapons, ammunition, as well as for illegal acquisition, transfer, sale, storage, carrying, transportation of weapons by individuals and legal entities in accordance with Art. 482 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan provides for administrative liability.

In accordance with article 288 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Illegal manufacture of weapons".
