Albanian Legislation allows the manufacture of the SALW, but so far there is no license issued for the manufacture of the SALW.
- The Criminal Code, which has provisions that define criminal offences related to illicit possession of weapons and ammunition, and also firearms and ammunition trafficking.
- Law on Weapons no 74/2014, covers some categories of SALW.
- Council of Ministers Decision No. 658, date 29. 7.2015 regarding "The Procedures for production, deactivation and repairing of weapons". Does your country license the manufacture of SALW? YES Is illegal manufacture of SALW considered a criminal offence in your country? YES
