Manufacture of Firearms and Sale of Firearms for Civil Use - Marking

Article 18

The designated factories shall manufacture firearms for civil use according to the exact technical specifications without altering their functions or structure; on the designated part of the firearms for civil use, shall be cast the name of the factory, kind code of the firearm, the unified serial number issued by the public security organs under the State Council.

No firearms without number or with duplicate or forged number is permitted to be manufactured.
