Acquisition of firearms and firearm parts - Carry

§ 9. If the firearms certificate is for a revolver or pistol, the person concerned shall always carry it when carrying the firearm or bringing it with him. If he does not have the certificate on him during a control, the police shall take charge of the weapon until the certificate has been produced, unless the police see no reason not to leave the firearm in his possession.
