A person responsible for supervising a firearm (except an antique firearm such as an arquebus) entitled to be possessed under Article 3(1)(1) or (2) (hereinafter in this Article "person responsible for firearm supervision") shall keep and maintain records relating to the firearm according to procedures prescribed by Order of the Office of the Prime Minister.

2. A person responsible for firearm supervision, according to procedures prescribed by Order of the Office of the Prime Minister, shall communicate to the National Safety Commission the type, name, model, and number of any supervised firearm.
