A person carrying or transporting a firearm or sword shall always carry the permit or Certificate of Registration of said firearm or sword.

2. A police officer, in order to ensure fulfillment of the regulations of the preceding paragraph, can demand presentation of a permit or Certificate of Registration from any person carrying or transporting a firearm or sword.

3. A police officer who demands presentation of a permit or Certificate of Registration under the preceding paragraph must carry and present an identification card showing status [as a police officer].
