Government Regulation of 1 June 2005 No 230 laying down a list of listed products, conditions subject to which imports or exports or transport of listed products may be carried out, and requisites and examples of applications for grant of licence

The Government hereby regulates, in accordance with Sect. 18 of Act No 228/2005 Coll., on control of trade in products whose possession is regulated in the Czech Republic for security reasons, and on amendment to some other acts, (hereinafter only the Act"), in order to implement Sect. 1(2) of the Act, as follows:

List of listed products
The list of listed products whose possession is regulated in the Czech Republic for the reasons of the country's security interests is set out in Annex 1 and Annex 2 of this Regulation.
