Articolo 35

Il fabbricante, il commerciante di armi e chi esercita l'industria della riparazione delle armi è obbligato a tenere un registro delle operazioni giornaliere, nel quale devono essere indicate le generalità delle persone con cui le operazioni stesse sono compiute.
Tale registro deve essere esibito a richiesta degli ufficiali od agenti di pubblica sicurezza.
È vietato di vendere armi a minori, a persone che appaiono affetti da malattia di mente, e a quelle che non comprovano la propria identità mediante esibizione della carta di identità o del permesso di porto d'armi. Il contravventore è punito con l'arresto fino a sei mesi e con l'ammenda da lire mille a duemila.

Article 35

Weapons manufacturers, dealers and persons engaged in the repair of weapons are obliged to keep a register of daily operations, in which the details of the persons with whom the operations are carried out must be indicated.
This register must be produced at the request of public safety officers or agents.
It is forbidden to sell weapons to minors, to persons who appear to be mentally ill, and to those who do not prove their identity by showing their identity card or gun permit. The offender shall be punished with imprisonment of up to six months and a fine ranging from one thousand to two thousand lire.
