Articolo 7
Modifiche al del decreto-legge 8 giugno 1992 No 306, convertito, con modificazioni, dalla legge 7 agosto 1992, No 356
1. All'articolo 12 del decreto-legge 8 giugno 1992, No 306, convertito, con modificazioni, dalla legge 7 agosto 1992, No 356, il comma 1 e' sostituito dal seguente: «1. Nel permesso di porto d'armi e nel nulla osta all'acquisto di cui all'articolo 55, terzo comma, del testo unico delle leggi di pubblica sicurezza approvato con regio decreto 18 giugno 1931, n. 773, e' indicato il numero massimo di munizioni di cui e' consentito l'acquisto nel periodo di validita' del titolo. La misura ha durata annuale ed e' rinnovabile. Non sono computate le munizioni acquistate presso i poligoni delle sezioni dell'Unione italiana tiro a segno, immediatamente utilizzate negli stessi poligoni.»

Article 7
Amendments to Decree-Law No 306 of 8 June 1992, converted, with amendments, by Law No 356 of 7 August 1992
1. Article 12(1) of decree-law no. 306 of 8 June 1992, converted, with amendments, by law no. 356 of 7 August 1992, shall be replaced by the following: "1. In the firearms permit and in the authorisation to purchase, referred to in Article 55(3) of the Consolidated Law on Public Security approved by royal decree no. 773 of 18 June 1931, the maximum number of ammunition which may be purchased during the period of validity of the permit shall be indicated. The measure is valid for one year and is renewable. Ammunition purchased at the shooting ranges of the sections of the Italian Marksmanship Union, immediately used at the same shooting ranges, is not counted."
