Il commerciante, il fabbricante di armi e chi esercita l'industria della riparazione delle armi non può trasportarle fuori del proprio negozio od opificio, senza preventivo avviso all'autorità di pubblica sicurezza.
L'obbligo dell'avviso spetta anche al privato che, per qualunque
motivo, deve trasportare armi nell'interno dello Stato.

c) all'articolo 34 è aggiunto, in fine, il seguente comma: «Per il trasporto di armi e parti d'arma tra soggetti muniti della licenza di cui all'articolo 31, l'obbligo dell'avviso è assolto mediante comunicazione, almeno 48 ore prima del trasporto medesimo, all'autorità di pubblica sicurezza, anche per via telematica attraverso trasmissione al relativo indirizzo di posta elettronica certificata. La comunicazione deve accompagnare le armi e le parti d'arma.»;

Article 34.
Dealers, arms manufacturers and those engaged in the arms repair industry may not transport arms outside their shops or workshops without first notifying the public security authority.
The obligation to notify also applies to private individuals who, for any reason, must transport weapons within the State.

(c) in Article 34, the following paragraph shall be added at the end: "For the transport of weapons and weapon parts between persons with a licence referred to in Article 31, the obligation to give notice shall be fulfilled by notification, at least 48 hours before the transport itself, to the public security authority, also by electronic means through transmission to the relevant certified e-mail address. The notice must accompany the weapons and weapon parts.";
