Articolo 1
1.Il presente decreto costituisce attuazione della direttiva 91/477/CEE, relativa al controllo dell'acquisizione e della
detenzione di armi.
2. Le disposizioni del presente decreto si applicano alle armi da fuoco della categoria A della direttiva, limitatamente ai casi in cui la detenzione e il porto sono consentiti nel territorio dello Stato, nonche' alle armi da fuoco delle categorie B e C della medesima direttiva.

Implementation of Directive 91/477/EEC on control of the acquisition and possession of weapons.

Article 1
1.This decree constitutes the implementation of Directive 91/477/EEC on the control of the acquisition and possession of weapons. possession of weapons.
2. The provisions of the present decree apply to firearms of category A of the directive, limited to cases where possession and carrying are allowed in the territory of the State, as well as to firearms of categories B and C of the same directive.
