Limiti alla detenzione senza denuncia di munizioni

E' soggetto all'obbligo della denuncia, stabilito dall'articolo 38 del testo unico delle leggi di pubblica sicurezza 18 giugno 1931, n.773, chi, in possesso di armi regolarmente denunziate, detiene munizioni per armi comuni da sparo eccedenti la dotazione di 1000 cartucce a pallini per fucili da caccia.

Article 26.
Limits to the unreported possession of ammunition

Any person who, in possession of duly registered weapons, possesses ammunition for common firearms in excess of 1,000 shot cartridges for shotguns shall be subject to the obligation to report, laid down in Article 38 of the Consolidated Law on Public Security No 773 of 18 June 1931.
