3. 1. Broń i amunicję, podmioty posiadające broń i amunicję na podstawie pozwolenia na broń na okaziciela, o których mowa w art. 29 ust. 1 pkt 3–7 ustawy, zwane dalej „podmiotami osiadającymi broń i amunicję", przechowują w magazynie broni, w urządzeniach spełniających wymagania co najmniej klasy S1 według normy PN-EN 14450.
2. Broń na czas przechowywania ma odłączony magazynek oraz jest rozładowana. Warunki przechowywania broni uwzględniają wymagania jej producenta.
3. Amunicja do broni palnej:
1) jest przechowywana w pudełkach lub pojemnikach, w sposób uniemożliwiający uderzenie w spłonkę naboju;
2) nie jest przechowywana w magazynkach nabojowych.
4. W magazynie broni przechowuje się również broń i amunicję używaną w szczególności podczas zawodów sportowych, grupowań, szkoleń, wystaw oraz podczas realizacji filmów i innych przedsięwzięć artystycznych.
5. W przypadku braku możliwości przechowywania broni i amunicji w magazynie broni, w przypadkach, o których mowa w ust. 4, musi ona znajdować się w pomieszczeniu zamkniętym i być pod stałym, bezpośrednim nadzorem osoby upoważnionej przez kierownika podmiotu posiadającego broń i amunicję do dysponowania tą bronią.
6. Klucze do magazynu broni przechowuje kierownik podmiotu posiadającego broń i amunicję lub zatrudniona przez niego i upoważniona pisemnie osoba posiadająca dopuszczenie do posiadania broni wydane na podstawie art. 30 ust. 1 i 2 ustawy.

3. 1. arms and ammunition, entities holding arms and ammunition on the basis of a bearer arms permit referred to in Article 29, section 1, items 3-7 of the Act, hereinafter referred to as "entities settling arms and ammunition", shall store them in an arms warehouse, in devices meeting the requirements of at least class S1 in accordance with the PN-EN 14450 standard.
2. Weapons for the duration of storage have a disconnected magazine and are unloaded. Storage conditions take into account the manufacturer's requirements.
3. Ammunition for firearms:
1. be stored in boxes or containers in such a way that it cannot be struck by the primer of the cartridge;
2. it is not stored in cartridge magazines.
4. Weapons and ammunition used in particular for sporting competitions are also stored in the weapons depot, groupings, trainings, exhibitions, as well as during the realization of films and other artistic undertakings.
5. Where arms and ammunition cannot be stored in an arms warehouse in the cases referred to in paragraph 4, they must be kept in a locked room and be under the constant direct supervision of a person authorised by the manager of the entity possessing the arms and ammunition to dispose of them.
6. The keys to the weapons warehouse shall be held by the head of the entity possessing the weapons and ammunition or employed by him/her and a person authorised in writing to possess an authorisation to possess a weapon issued pursuant to Article 30(1) and (2) of the Act.
