Article 2: The present regime includes the manufacture, transformation, import, acquisition, possession, collection, transfer, carrying and transport of any advanced firearm, any compressed air weapon, ammunition, aerosols, powders and explosives intended for the use of such weapons and the construction and operation of shooting ranges intended for public or private use.
