Clause 2.

Any person who wishes to apply for permission to carry a firearm shall submit the licence application as per the Form Por. 1 annexed hereto to the officials who are competent to issue such licence under section 22.

The licence to carry firearms shall be issued as per the Form Por. 12 annexed hereto.
