Criteria for Applicant

1.Unless otherwise exempted by the Licensing Officer, the applicant must fulfil the following criteria:

a. be at least 18 years of age at the time of application;
b. be a fit and proper person e.g. free from criminal record;
c. be a member of Shooting Club which has been duly registered or exempted from registration;
d. obtained in-principal approval for the storage and use of arm in the approved armoury and range, respectively; and
e. the arm belongs to the permissible type allowed for sporting purpose.
