Décret n°95-11/ PR du 19/ 04/1995 règlementant l'importation, la détention et la cession des armes perfectionnées de chasse et des armes à feu de fabrication artisanales ainsi que leurs munitions.

Toute personne qui aura, contrairement aux dispositions du présent décret, importé, détenu ou cédé des armes ou leurs munitions, est punie conformément aux lois en vigueur au Togo (alinéa 1er et article 17).

Toute infraction aux dispositions du présent décret entraîne la confiscation de l'arme ou des munitions sans préjudice des dispositions applicables en cas de détention illégale (alinéa 2 article 17).

Decree No. 95-11/PR of April 19, 1995, regulating the import, possession and transfer of advanced hunting weapons and home-made firearms, as well as their ammunition.

Any person who has, without complying with provisions of this Decree, imported, possessed or transferred firearms or ammunition, is punishable in accordance with laws in force in Togo (paragraph 1, Article 17).

Any sentence pronounced under this Decree leads to the confiscation of the firearms and ammunition, without prejudice to provisions applicable in case of illegal possession (paragraph 2, Article 17).
