b) Other types of end-user documentation: Currently, Peru does not export small arms and light weapons. Nonetheless, the current legislation requires an affidavit indicating that the export will be destined to a particular country and a particular customer. Also, a regulation is in the process of entry into force and it establishes the end-user certificate (in the draft regulation)…
