8.1. Enumere las leyes o los procedimientos administrativos de su país que regulan las actividades de los intermediarios en el comercio de armas pequeñas y armas ligeras.

La Ley No.36 sobre Comercio, Porte y Tenencia de Armas de Fuego.

No obstante, desde el año 2006, las importaciones de armas de fuego, piezas, partes y municiones están prohibidas para el comercio con particulares mediante Decreto No.309­06 de fecha 24 de julio de 2006.

Oficio del Ministro de Interior y Policía No.3809 d/f 2/9/2014 que ordena la reactivación de la Comisión Mixta Ministerio de Interior y Policía/Ministerio de Defensa (presidida por el MIP), donde se conocen todos los casos de importación de artículos de defensa y seguridad personal que no contravengan lo dispuesto en el Decreto 309­06.

Notwithstanding, since 2006, imports of firearms, parts and ammunition are prohibited for the commerce with individuals, under Decree No. 30906 of July 24, 2006.
