8.1. Enumere las leyes o los procedimientos administrativos de su país que regulan las actividades de los intermediarios en el comercio de armas pequeñas y armas ligeras.

El artículo 223 de la Constitución Política de Colombia establece que solo el Gobierno puede introducir y fabricar armas, municiones de guerra y explosivos. En este sentido, al ser la fabricación y el comercio de armas un monopolio estatal, no hay lugar a la figura de intermediación.

8.1. List laws and/or administrative procedures regulating SALW brokering in your country.

Only the government can import and manufacture firearms, ammunition and explosives under Article 223 of Colombian Constitution. The manufacture and commerce of firearms being under the monopoly of the State, there is no room for brokering.
