45. Carrying and Displaying of Firearms in Public Places

(1) Any person with a licensed firearm shall carry such firearm in a holster or container, concealed or covered.

(2) Display of firearms or Replica Firearms in a public place for sale or exhibition is prohibited, unless such Replica firearm is displayed:

(a) in the approved business location of a dealer, gunsmith or importer and
(b) Allowed to be licensed for private use.
