46. Quarterly Returns

(l ) A licensed firearms dealer must, within 14 days after the end of the months of March, June, September and December in each year, forward a return to the Commissioner which contains the particulars for the preceding quarter that are required to be recorded under section 45 (2).

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.

(2) This section does not prevent a person from forwarding returns at more frequent intervals than this section requires.
(3) The return is to be in the form approved by the Commissioner.
