45. Term of permit to acquire

(1) A permit to acquire remains in force for the term, not more than 3 months, stated on the permit.
(2) A permit to acquire stops being in force if —
(a) it is suspended, cancelled, revoked or surrendered; or
(b) the holder of the permit dies.
