Transporting Firearms and Ammunition

When firearms are transported, all cartridges shall be removed from the chamber or magazine and placed in a separate container.

The firearm should be dismantled if possible, and a vital part transported separately from the rest of the firearm.

Public carriers have their own rules about the carriage of firearms, and should be advised early.
