Décret n° 2015-130 du 5 février 2015 modifiant certaines dispositions du code de la sécurité intérieure (partie réglementaire) relatives aux armes et munitions en Polynésie française et en Nouvelle-Calédonie

Publics concernés: les détenteurs légaux d'armes à feu (chasseurs, tireurs sportifs…), les professionnels procédant à la fabrication, au commerce ou à l'importation, l'exportation et au transfert des matériels, des armes, des munitions et de leurs éléments, les associations sportives et les musées en Polynésie française et en Nouvelle-Calédonie.

Objet: application en Polynésie française et en Nouvelle-Calédonie des dispositions de la loi n° 2012-304 du 6 mars 2012 relative à l'établissement d'un contrôle des armes moderne, simplifié et préventif et codifiée au livre III du code de la sécurité intérieure (partie législative).

Entrée en vigueur : le présent décret entre en vigueur le 2 avril 2015.

Notice: le décret procède à la refonte des décrets n° 2009-450 et n° 2009-451 du 21 avril 2009 fixant le régime des matériels de guerre, armes et munitions respectivement en Polynésie française et en Nouvelle-Calédonie qu'il abroge.

Decree No. 2015-130 of February 5, 2015, Amending certain Provisions of the Internal Security Code (Regulatory Part) on Weapons and Ammunition in French Polynesia and in New Caledonia

Concerned public: lawful owners of firearms (hunters, sports shooters…), professionals carrying out the manufacture, commerce or import, export, and transfer of materials, weapons, ammunition and their components, sports associations and museums in French Polynesia and in New Caledonia.

Subject: provisions of the Act No. 2012-304 of March 6, 2012, on the Establishment of a Modern, Simplified and Preventive Control of Weapons and codified in Book III of the Internal Security Code (Legislative Part) applied in French Polynesia and in New Caledonia.

Entry into force: this Decree enters into force on April 2, 2015.

Notification: this Decree recasts and repeals Decrees No. 2009-450 and No. 2009-451 of April 21, 2009, on Weapons of War, Firearms and Ammunition respectively in French Polynesia and New Caledonia.
