Todo solicitante debe tener sus huellas dactilares registradas en el Archivo Policial. El Sistema verificará el cumplimiento de este requisito y en caso de que el resultado de la consulta sea negativo no permitirá que se genere la solicitud respectiva.

Article 35. Fingerprints Register

All applicants must have their fingerprints registered in the Police Archive. The System shall verify compliance with this requirement and if the result of the search is negative the application shall not be processed.
