Artigo 58. O Comando do Exército autorizará a exportação de armas, munições e demais produtos controlados.

§1 A autorização das exportações enquadradas nas diretrizes de exportação de produtos de defesa rege-se por legislação específica, a cargo do Ministério da Defesa.
§2 Considera-se autorizada a exportação quando efetivado o respectivo Registro de Exportação, no Sistema de Comércio Exterior - SISCOMEX.

Artigo 61. O Comando do Exército cadastrará no SIGMA os dados relativos às exportações de armas, munições e demais produtos controlados, mantendo-os devidamente atualizados.

Article 58. The Army Command authorises the export of firearms, ammunition and other controlled products.

§1 Export authorisations falling under export policies on defence products are governed by specific legislation, under the responsibility of the Ministry of Defence.
§2 An export authorisation is deemed to be granted once the respective Export Registration is completed in the Foreign Trade System - SISCOMEX.

Article 61. The Army Command records in SIGMA the data of the export of firearms, ammunition, and their components, and makes sure that it is regularly updated.
