Artigo 50. Compete, ainda, ao Comando do Exército:

I. Autorizar e fiscalizar a produção e o comércio de armas, munições e demais produtos controlados, em todo o território nacional…

III. Estabelecer normas, ouvido o Ministério da Justiça, em cento e oitenta dias:

a) para que todas as munições estejam acondicionadas em embalagens com sistema de código de barras, gravado na caixa, visando possibilitar a identificação do fabricante e do adquirente;
b) para que as munições comercializadas para os órgãos referidos no art. 6o1 da Lei no 10.826, de 2003, contenham gravação na base dos estojos que permita identificar o fabricante, o lote de venda e o adquirente;
c) para definir os dispositivos de segurança e identificação previstos no §3o do art. 23 da Lei no 10.826, de 2003; e

IV. Expedir regulamentação específica para o controle da fabricação, importação, comércio, trânsito e utilização de simulacros de armas de fogo, conforme o art. 26 da Lei no 10.826, de 2003.

III. Establishing the following rules, in consultation with the Ministry of Justice, within one hundred and eighty days:

a) that all ammunition is packed in packages bearing a barcode system that is written on the box so the manufacturer and purchaser may be identified;
b) that commercialised ammunition belonging to the organisations referred to in Article 61 of Act No. 10.826, of 2003, contain a record that enables [the authorities] to identify the manufacturer, the batch that has been sold and the buyer;
c) to define the safety devices and identification set out in paragraph 3 Article 23 of Act 10.826, 2003; and

IV. To issue specific regulations to control the manufacture, import, commerce, transit and use of imitation firearms, as stipulated in Article 26 of Act 10.826, 2003.
